Damaged or Faulty Items – How to Report & Resolve

If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, follow the steps below to ensure we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Contact Us

Order Number
Email Address

Step 2: Describe the Issue

Provide a clear & detailed explanation of the damage or fault. If there’s anything specific we should know, please include it in your description.

Step 3: Attach Photos

To help us assess your request, please include:
📷 A full image of the product
📷 At least one close-up photo clearly showing the damage or defect

Important Information

Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for return or replacement.
Photos are mandatory for us to authorise your return request.
