Damaged or Faulty Items – How to Report & Resolve
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, follow the steps below to ensure we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Contact Us

Include the following details in your message:
✔ Full Name
✔ Order Number
✔ Email Address
Step 2: Describe the Issue
Provide a clear & detailed explanation of the damage or fault. If there’s anything specific we should know, please include it in your description.
Step 3: Attach Photos
To help us assess your request, please include:
📷 A full image of the product
📷 At least one close-up photo clearly showing the damage or defect
Important Information
⚠ Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for return or replacement.
⚠ Photos are mandatory for us to authorise your return request.
