3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Recommended Service: We suggest using a tracked delivery service for returning items to ensure they arrive safely or alternatively we can organise this for you just contact us at info@yourhomeinteriors.net

4. Returning Furniture & Large Items

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect furniture at the time of delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
  • Return Conditions:
  • Missed Furniture Deliveries: If you miss a scheduled furniture delivery, a redelivery fee may apply based on the size of the item being delivered.

5. Returning Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Report within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

6. Cancellations & Redelivery

  • Order Cancellations: Must be requested at least 48 hours before dispatch.
  • Pre-Orders: Can be cancelled before they arrive at our warehouse, if we have received your pre-order at our warehouse, a restocking fee of 20% will apply to cancelled orders.

  • Redelivery Fees: If a furniture delivery is missed, a redelivery charge may apply.
