Refund & Returns Policy

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse.
  • Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds for Gift Vouchers

  • Orders paid with gift vouchers will be refunded in the form of a replacement voucher.
  • If your return falls outside our policy timeframe, a refund may be issued as a voucher instead.

Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

  • Check your bank statement, as some refunds may appear on the original purchase date or as the same transaction.
  • PayPal refunds: If you haven’t received confirmation after 7 days, please contact us at
  • 028 9747 8044 with your refund details.
  • If your refund was issued as a voucher due to a late return, check your email inbox, including spam/junk folders.

Klarna & Clearpay Returns

Extending Your Invoice Period

  • If your invoice period is ending soon, you can request an extension through Klarna or Clearpay via their app to avoid late fees.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds for Klarna & Clearpay purchases take up to 14 days to process.

Returning Part of an Order

  • The value of your returned item(s) will be deducted from your outstanding Klarna or Clearpay balance.
  • You must continue making payments for any remaining instalments.
  • If your refund is greater than the amount owed or if your invoice has already been paid in full, Klarna or Clearpay will refund the difference.
