We aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Below is our detailed delivery policy, including available options, costs, and timeframes.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to the following locations:
- United Kingdom (Mainland & Northern Ireland)
- Scotland Highlands & Isles (additional surcharge may apply)
- France & Germany (limited international delivery)
At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping beyond the locations listed.
2. Delivery Options & Costs
Our system automatically selects the most appropriate shipping method at checkout based on the size, weight & fragility of your purchase.
UK Mainland Delivery
- Homeware & Small Items: £5.99 - £7.99 | Up to 7 working days
- Small Furniture & Large Homeware: £14.95 – £39.95 | Up to 7 working days
- Large Furniture: £39.95 – £99.95 | Up to 10 working days
Northern Ireland Delivery
- Homeware & Small Items: £5.99 - £7.99 | Up to 7 working days
- Small Furniture & Large Homeware: £7.49 – £24.95 | Up to 7 working days
- Large Furniture: £24.95 – £49.95 | 7 – 10 working days
Scotland Highlands & Isles
- A surcharge of £5 – £10 may apply.

3. Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are delivered Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 9 PM (excluding public holidays).
- Deliveries to rural areas & Scotland may take up to 10 days.
- Pre-Orders: Estimated delivery dates are provided on product pages.
4. Delivery Terms & Conditions
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- Some postcode restrictions apply to certain delivery services & upgrades.
5. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
- If our on delivery fleet are delivering your order, you will be emailed and telephoned to ensure you are available for delivery.
6. Cancellations & Redelivery
- Order Changes or Cancellations: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Large Furniture Deliveries: A redelivery fee may apply if the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time.
7. Pre-Order Items
- Estimated Arrival: Items marked as pre-orders will arrive at our warehouse depending on the delivery date provided when ordering.
