Refund & Returns Policy

At Your Home Interiors, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. This policy applies to all customers within the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, please contact us at info@yourhomeinteriors.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Made-to-order or personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Clearance or sale items may be returned unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please report this within 48 hours of delivery to info@yourhomeinteriors.net. Include your order details and clear photographs of the issue and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method up to 7 business days. Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was received faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, please include this request in your return email. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and are subject to stock availability.

Cancellations (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel before dispatch, please contact info@yourhomeinteriors.net as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it within the 14-day cooling-off period once it has been delivered, provided it meets the conditions stated above.
